Shriya Saran Fitness Secrets is no more a secret now. A workout is something that has become essential for my existence! And not just because I’m an actress but because I need to have a some sort of physical activity every day. My workout is never routine. I alternate between cardio thrice a week, a game and swimming. Swimming is a love of mine and I can never get enough of it. I also practise yoga for 45 minutes at least. I practise what is known as Isha Yoga and follow its meditation, Sham Bhavi as well. The one thing I steer clear from is weights. I believe that they simply don’t suit me.

However, when I’m at home, I begin with my day with a glass of orange juice since I believe it cuts the fats in the body. I follow that up with a masala omelette that comprises eggs white, with a dosa or sometimes a paneer paratha. I make sure that I eat every two hours. My mom makes channa cutlets for me, which are delicious, filling and healthy all at the same time. When I’m travelling, my diet inevitably consists of a lot of grilled fish or chicken. Sometimes I have muesli or a salad as an evening snack. Dinner at home is whatever my mum fixes, although I avoid carbs at night. My weakness (and comfort food) is dark chocolate and I make sure the fridge always has some in there especially when I’m home!

Shriya Saran may be very popular South, but when it comes to Google's search statics it is Namitha, sho is commanding the line. Sexy Namitha (aka Namitha Vankawala) has emerged as the topmost south Indian actress in Google's 2008 India's Top Searches on Mobile list. She beat down her competitors like Shriya Saran, Trisha and Nayanthara who are also quite popular in the south, but apparently don't expose as much as Namitha does on and off screen. In Google's top search list, only two Indian actresses are listed – Katrina Kaif at number six and Namitha at number 9.

Sundar C’s Thee is described to be a fiery film with Namitha scorching the screens! The film is directed by Kicha and is a remake of the Srikanth’s Operation Duriyodhana. The story is about an honest cop who loses his family due to the designs of certain politicians. In the second half of the film, the cop becomes a scheming and corrupt politician and takes revenge. The film takes a dig at the political system and has hard-hitting punchlines.

Director Kicha comes back to Kollywood after Thangam, which starred Sathyaraj and Goundamani in lead roles.

Thee stars Malaysian girl Ragini, a cousin of Kushboo, as the heroine opposite Sundar C. However, the highlight of the film is going to be Namitha, who we hear is doing a very daring role as a politician’s concubine. The film, which has music by Srikanth Deva, is likely to be a Christmas release in Kollywood.
